Refund Policy

At Astro Seed Readings, each service and product is created with care and intention. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies:

1. Digital Products (PDF Readings)
All digital products, including personalized astrology, tarot, and human design readings, are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Live Sessions (Zoom Readings)

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling:
  Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time using the booking link or by contacting us directly.

3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. No-Shows
If you miss your session without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. A new booking will be required.

5. Technical Issues
If technical issues occur on our end that prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule your session or offer a full refund.

6. Responsibility Agreement
By booking or purchasing from Astro Seed Readings, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
